Dr. Wandy Mejía Caid Promotes Nutritional Education to Our Students During Health and Safety Week

During Safety Week, we had the honor of welcoming Dr. Wandy Mejía Caid, who led the talk titled ‘How Should I Eat?’ aimed at 5th to 8th grade students.
In this session, our Cougars explored the importance of maintaining a balanced diet and learned about the different food groups and their impact on health. Dr. Wandy shared valuable tips and answered numerous questions, creating an interactive and curious environment that fostered learning.
Without a doubt, it was an enriching experience for everyone. We thank Dr. Wandy for providing such valuable information and for contributing to the nutritional education of our students. Her commitment to health and well-being is inspiring!
10th and 11th Grade Students Learn About Road Safety During Safety Week

Our 10th and 11th grade students received valuable information during Safety Week, this time from the company Autohaus, which organized a talk on road safety.
It was an excellent opportunity to learn about the importance of being responsible drivers and how to protect themselves on the roads, avoiding behaviors that can endanger lives, such as using a cell phone while driving.
During the talk, the students heard an emotional testimony from a family who shared an important prevention message with our youth.
We thank Autohaus for their commitment to education and for helping to form more responsible citizens. Together, we promote a culture of safety on the streets!
Santo Domingo Firefighters Carry Out Fire Drill in Our School During Safety Week

During Safety Week, we conducted a fire drill in collaboration with the brave firefighters of Santo Domingo at our school. During this activity, our students learned the importance of staying calm and following evacuation protocols in emergency situations.
The firefighters shared valuable tips on how to protect themselves and act safely in case of a fire, emphasizing that safety is our priority. We sincerely thank the firefighters for their support and for teaching us how to handle risky situations with responsibility and preparedness.
These types of activities not only strengthen our school community but also prepare our students to face emergencies effectively. Safety is everyone’s commitment!
