Students receive certificate for living the value of the month: Resilience and Group Integration

With pride and enthusiasm, we celebrate those who fully lived the value of the month of January: Resilience and Group Integration.

Over the past weeks, these students have shown that personal strength and team unity are key to overcoming challenges and growing as a community. Through their positive attitude, perseverance, and collaborative spirit, they left a mark that inspires us all.

Resilience not only means facing difficulties with determination, but also learning from every experience. Meanwhile, group integration reminds us that teamwork enhances talents, strengthens bonds, and multiplies results.

Their commitment, effort, and ability to collaborate reflect the values promoted by Domínico Americano School, reaffirming that when we work together, we can achieve great goals.

We congratulate each of those recognized for being an example of perseverance and unity. Let us continue building, together, a stronger and more supportive community.

Our students shine at CODED and will represent the Dominican Republic in Tokyo 2027

With that spirit, the students of Domínico Americano School celebrate an extraordinary achievement in the prestigious international competition CODED, where they reached 1st place in Mathematics, Pitch, Space Suit, and in the Senior Category.

This result reflects not only the academic talent of our students, but also their ability for teamwork, leadership, and commitment to excellence. Each award obtained is the fruit of hours of preparation, creativity, and innovation applied to real-world challenges.

CODED is an international competition with a STEAM focus (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Mathematics) that challenges participants to integrate technical knowledge and creative thinking to solve real-world problems. This experience not only strengthens their academic skills, but also projects them toward global scenarios, preparing them for future university and professional challenges.

Thanks to their outstanding participation, the Cougars will proudly represent Domínico Americano School and the Dominican Republic in the CODED World Competition 2027, which will be held in Tokyo.

Students pay an emotional tribute to Juan Pablo Duarte on his anniversary

As part of the commemorative activities in honor of the Father of the Nation, our students carried out a heartfelt tribute to Juan Pablo Duarte, highlighting his historic and patriotic legacy through education and the arts.

During the ceremony, the students recited poems alluding to Duarte’s values and offered an emotional rendition of the Hymn to Duarte, in an atmosphere filled with respect, national identity, and love for the Dominican Republic.

This activity represented a beautiful demonstration of how patriotic values are lived and transmitted within the educational sphere, strengthening the sense of belonging and civic commitment in the new generations.
