The Domínico Americano School celebrates the graduation of the EVAIA graduating class
In an atmosphere filled with applause, smiles, and emotional moments, EVAIA proudly celebrated the graduation of the Class of 2026, marking the end of an unforgettable chapter and the beginning of new and promising paths for its students.
The ceremony began with welcoming remarks from Enrique Fernández Malla, Executive Director of ICDA, followed by the invocation led by Sofía Victoria Díaz Tejada, Salutatorian of the Class of 2026. During the event, the graduates received their diplomas, recognitions, and special awards, accompanied by distinguished members of the educational community.
The presentation of diplomas included the participation of Enrique Fernández Malla; Anabel Camacho, Interim Head of School; Lucy Threan de Lamarche, Vice President of the ICDA Board of Directors; Ada Núñez, High School Counselor; and Sandra Díaz, President of the Parents’ Committee.
One of the most meaningful moments of the ceremony was the graduates’ farewell and the presentation of the Class of 2026 Composite Portrait (Orla), led by the class officers and headed by Zhao Yin Mo Zeng, Senior Class President. Subsequently, Zhao Yin Mo Zeng, Valedictorian of the graduating class, delivered an inspiring farewell speech on behalf of her peers, highlighting the lessons learned, challenges overcome, and memories shared throughout their school journey.
The event concluded with the official presentation of the graduates and the traditional recessional procession, celebrating the achievements, perseverance, and growth of a generation that has left a significant mark on the EVAIA community.
With this graduation, EVAIA bids farewell to a class that distinguished itself through academic commitment, leadership, and community spirit, and wishes them the greatest success in the new challenges they will undertake.
